Protests are developing in Charlotte, North Carolina over the police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott with reports of water bottles thrown at officers.
Some people held signs claiming that Scott was reading a book in his car when he was shot. However, police say he was armed.
Charlotte TV is broadcasting the protests live.
News reports said more than 20 police officers in riot gear had gathered at the scene. A news reporter was also broadcasting live on Facebook.
