Scott Weiland‘s toxicology report shows he overdosed on a toxic cocktail made up of multiple drugs and alcohol. His history of drug addiction was also cited as playing a role in his death.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner says the results show Weiland OD’d after ingesting cocaine, MDMA and alcohol.

The report also shows heart disease and asthma were “significant” conditions. The test results also revealed Scott’s “multi-substance dependence” was a factor.
