Many people including officers in the field want to eliminate it but the Pentagon butt kissers do not
The blimp is made by Raytheon and the project costs 2.7 Billion useless dollars

The LA times reported that 2 months ago when a small private plan buzzed the White House the blimps like exact one this surrounding he capitol did not pick it up.
They cannot cut it because the government/Pentagon signed a contract with Raytheon that the project cannot be terminated—another Osprey.

would you like to have a contract that even though it is a flop it cannot be terminated?
And they say they want a bigger military budget?????? What other types of waste are there?
