A local Indiana reported spotted Jared Fogle hanging out at the Indiana State Fair on Saturday.
It’s the first sighting of the former Subway pitchman since his home was raided by the FBI and police back in July.
July’s raid came two months after the then-executive director of Fogle’s foundation was arrested. Reports say that the FBI asked for lewd text messages between Fogle and a Subway employee, in which Fogle talked about having relations with a 16-year-old. h/t wishtv
Fogle has not been formally charged with any crime.
