A widespread cellular coverage outage has struck in the southeast for AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon customers.
Local reports says, large outages are currently plaguing customers in Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville in Tennessee, as well as parts of Alabama and Kentucky.
Sprint has confirmed that it’s experiencing problems in Kentucky:
We are aware of impacts to service in parts of Kentucky in which customers may be unable to access voice and some data services. This appears to be an issue caused by a local exchange provider and our network team is working with the provider to restore service to impacted customers as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. h/t gizmodo
