AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd is back in jail tonight after being apprehended at his residence.
Rudd, 61, was arrested in New Zealand Saturday night, less than two weeks after being sentenced to home detention over to a murder for hire plot. Rudd pleaded guilty to threatening to kill his former personal assistant and drug possession.
Rudd had prostitutes in his waterfront home when he was taken into custody, but it’s unclear what was behind the latest arrest, the New Zealand Herald reported. He will appear in court Monday, according to his attorney. h/t NYdailynews
As part of his plea deal, Rudd was required to wear a GPS monitor and remain under house arrest.
