Authorities are seeking a 5-year-old New York boy who was abducted from a residence by two men wearing black ski masks. An Amber Alert has been issued in three Northeast states.
Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple says the men entered the house, pinned a woman to the floor and snatched the child in broad daylight.
They left the home in the Albany suburb of Berne in a large black 4-door pickup truck, touching off the alert for New York, Vermont and Massachusetts. The men were wearing all black clothes and had on black gloves. h/t kmov
The caretaker and two other small children were left unharmed.
Apple says a motive isn’t clear, but it may involve a custody dispute.
