Phil Rudd the drummer for freaking AC/DC has been charged with attempting to procure a murder in New Zealand!
Tauranga District Court charged the 60-year-old Australian after police raided his home on the Tauranga waterfront at Matua!
Rudd is also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cannabis and threatening to kill. Rudd was kicked out the hard rock band in 1984, but rejoined in 1994 and has been with them since. h/t 10tv
