A Rancho Cordova Calif., high school principal has resigned after he was apprehended at a hotel room along with a lot of drugs, oh, and a passed-out young woman.
Thomas Price, 54, was arrested at Hyatt Place in Rancho Cordova after a man contacted police man because he was worried about his girlfriend, 21-year-old Brittney Hall.
The man was aware his girlfriend was with the principal at the hotel.
Price, who worked at a private Marin County high school, was charged with suspicion of possessing drugs for sale. The room contained a sizable quantity of heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine, said authorities.
Price was later released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 24.
Hall was also arrested at the hotel and remains in custody on suspicion of possessing drugs for sale.
Hall’s boyfriend told police that the pair had known each other for some time but he wouldn’t say what kind of relationship they had.
