Human remains were discovered on SeaWorld’s property located in San Antonio on Friday. The park was quick to point out that no guests had come in contact with the remains. Investigators noted it appeared the remains had been on the property for at least one year.
The above picture shows how close in proximity the body was found to the Seaworld facility.
According to police, the human remains were found around 100 yards south of the actual park and 50 yards from a road around 3 p.m. While the remains were discovered on park grounds, no guest would have been in the area, according to investigators.
The skeletal remains are believed to be human remains and may have been in the area for up to a year. San Antonio police investigators and the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s office were called to the scene to investigate. SAPD investigators do not suspect foul play at this time.
