Miami Cops Investigating QB Colin Kaepernick

San Francisco 49ers star quarterback Colin Kaepernick is being investigated by the Miami Police Department after they say the baller was part of a “suspicious incident” involving an unnamed woman at occuring at the apartment of Seattle receiver Ricardo Lockette.

Lockette is also named in an information report about the incident as is San Francisco receiver Quinton Patton.

A woman, whose name is redacted from the report, says that she visited Lockette at his apartment and that Kaepernick and Patton were also there.

The report says the woman “made some drinks for all of them and gave them shots.” It also states that she was told that in order to drink the shots she had to “hit” a bong that contained marijuana.

The report says that while watching a basketball game, she felt light-headed and went to a bedroom to lie  down. She was joined by Kaepernick, with whom the report says she has had a previous sexual relationship. The report states that they did not have sex in the bedroom and Kaepernick left.

At one  point, the report states, Lockette and Patton opened the door and “peeked” inside. The report says she asked where Kaepernick was and told the others to close the door. The report states “The closed the door and left. She cannot remember anything after that.” source

 
The report states the woman then woke up in a hospital bed but doesn’t remember how she got there or who transported her.

The report concludes stating that “the investigation continues” and does not mention any charges of specific allegations.
