Wesley Warren who became famous after his scrotum grew to a staggering 135-pounds, has died.. Also known as “Big Sack,” Warren sadly died just one year after ungoing surgery to remove the huge appendage.
A source connected with Wesley’s TLC documentary told TMZ, Warren passed away Friday inside his Vegas apartment from a heart attack.
Prior to his surgery last summer to remove the watermelon-sized growth, Warren used to wear a hoody as pants, fashioning the hood into a makeshift scrotum sling.
Warren had suffered from an extreme case of scrotal lymphedema, which causes the scrotum to swell with watery fluid. He appeared on the Howard Stern Show as well as Comedy Central.
