You know all that great extra footage you used to get with DVDs? Some of that has been released in the form of a video released on PerezHilton.com depicting Philip Seymour Hoffman appearing posthumously in deleted scenes from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
In the cutting room floor scenes, Hoffman, who played Plutarch in the franchise is seen working his way into the Capitol without being detected.

One thing is evident throughout the deleted scenes, Hoffman was a phenomenal actor.. Even and maybe especially in his fluff pieces.
