Craig Cobb, the white supremacist who discovered on TV that he was infact 14 percent black, was arrested on seven counts of terrorizing.
Cobb, 62, and Kynan Dutton, 29, were arrested and are accused of terrorizing people in in their Leith, North Dakota, community with guns. The couple said they were patrolling the area over violence and harassment directed at them.
Cobb publically commented he planned to take over the town government along with others who shared their views of white supremacy.
ChristianScienceMonitor reports Cobb plans on representing himself, while his friend has asked for a public defender.
They have been ordered held without bond and each are charged with seven counts of terrorizing Leith residents and on five of those counts involving guns could face mandatory minimum sentences of two years in jail for each. They each could face a minimum of 10 years in prison and a maximum of 35 years if convicted.
