A 49ers fan is dead after falling from a pedestrian ramp during the season opener at San Francisco’s Candlestick Park on Sunday.
The fan died just after kick off in a game the 49ers would eventually win, 34-28 win over the Green Bay Packers..
The tragic death came the same day a railing collapsed at the Colts’ game against the Raiders in Indianapolis.
49ers org released the following statement,
