Canadian HANDOUT Meant For Blind FAILS To Raise Braille Dots!

Dear Canada, if you don’t get a great deal of response to this flier, meant for blind people, I may know the reason.. YOU FORGOT TO RAISE THE DOTS! We all love the idea of charitable causes for the disabled, but the Conservative party in Canada mailed out this very flawed handout destine for the blind.

Under the header “Supporting jobs for all Canadians,” a set of flat, non-tactile Braille dots are printed straight onto the paper, preventing any blind person from actually reading them. Winnipeg resident Jocelyne Nicolas posted an image of the flier on Twitter after receiving it in the mail. “It’s shocking to me that a party that big, and that well-funded, could be putting out something so ignorant,” she said.
