This is Katherine Russell, the wife of deceased terrorist, Boston Bomber, Tamerlan Tsarnaev. The older of the two brothers had been estranged from his wife and the rest of her family for about a year. Russell currently lives with her parents, Warren Russell and Judith Russell. At some point while dating the bomber, she became a Muslim and began following Islam traditions — again, according to neighbors. Incidentally, the younger brother in custody, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, became an American citizen on Sept. 11, 2012.
The family is understandably asking for privacy at this time..
