A mansion is defined as a home with more bathrooms than bedrooms and this house certainly qualifies. Built in 1925 it features seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms in 8,835 sq ft interior frame.

Perry and Brand purchased house that over looks Lake Hollywood back in 2011 with a huge remodel in mind, this is before Brand filed for divorce six months later.

Perry has been reportedly trying to sell the house under the radar, however, that was not working, as in, not attracting any buyers.. So she decided to list it publicly.

Zillow lists it as a “Mediterranean style home” also noting it features a carriage house for auto storage, two guest houses and a lagoon style pool with a waterfall.
