Brendan Fraser is back in court battling it out with his ex-wife over how much the Encino Man is to continue paying her in alimony which at this point is set at $50K/MONTH!

Fraser’s claim to the judge is he pays out more than he takes in to the tune of $87,320.01! tmz.

Documents filed in Connecticut show Fraser paying a whopping $50,000/month in spousal support but according to Fraser, he makes about $205,704.04/month, with $112,803.25 going to his agent leaving him with $92,900.79.
