Yea, it isn't like the prosecutor doesn't believe this trial is about an innocent guy who was murdered [nearly decapitated] in cold blood…or anything. I mean, who would expect Juan Martinez to exhibit anger about such a thing? Unheard of. *eyeroll*

Look at my picture and you see me smiling and I didn't kill anyone. Jodi keeps on smiling like everything is a joke, she makes me sick! I want to throw up just watching her….I wonder what the Jury thinks of her smiling at everything?

A friend of Travis's side on HLN las night that he was a member of the NRA and took Travis to target practice less than a week before he was killed and he had to loan him a gun meaning Travis did not have a gun in his closet, she took that gun from her grandparent. Also, she called the Gus guy at 3:00 AM on June 5th crying and told him Travis was dead. I hope these things come out in the cross X.
