Lindsay Lohan can’t even go to dinner without causing a major s**t storm. Well as you know she’s supposed to be curtailing her alcohol drinking these days due to a court mandate so when TMZ released this picture of what appears to be a margarita seated in front of Lindsay, you can imagine why people are thinking she’s off the wagon…

Lindsay’s people defended the margarita by saying that was a “virgin” and it wasn’t even Lindsay’s, it was her grandmas… But by the looks of this picture, it appears grandma was drinking sodapop… And IF it did belong to grandma, why would even matter if it was a virgin margarita or not?

Of course we also see Dina Lohan pictured with a tasty glass of red wine…
