Why would we kill people to show that killing people is wrong? And also I'm convinced people suffer longer when they are for life in prison. I think the weapon laws in America are like a sort of cancer……. And it should be cut away

Someone answer this please. What is the point of any incarseration over 40 years? To fill the prisons till they die? The death penelty is there an needs to be enforced dispite hope of "rehibilitation". Once someone kills someone in cold blood and not self defense for themselves or another's safety I don't see them ever really being productive and safe members of society. I realize there are emotions involving sentancing kids but dear God, they are obviously emotionally disturbed and won't be able to truely "fix" themselves. Eye for an eye and let them find their peace with God on the way out if they have any remorse. And yes I am a mother, and still support my opinion! They must be held accountable and not by rotting away in the system.
