As Selena Gomez forgives Bieber yet again, belieber it or not, Justin Bieber is at it again… (try to say that 10 times fast) — THIS TIME with a smoking hot 22-year-old fan, CheyyRose, who Justin pointed out to security and invited onstage for an impromptu, um, lap dance for the “One Less Lonely Girl” segment of the show.

As you can see, Justin got real up close and personal with this beautiful, voluptuous woman… Our sources tell us the lucky lady also got to meet Justin backstage… If you catch my drift…

As you can see in the picture below, Rose is playfully pinching Bieber T-shirt while giving, what might be, the world’s most guilty sultry look… As you can ALSO see, Bieber even let the little hottie wear his coat for a while… This all happened after the two spent a little private time together in Justin’s dressing room…

After the Bieber encounter, Rose slathered her Instagram page with tons pictures of the event… She also posted this cute note, mentioning that she didn’t even have a ticket to the Bieber concert, but somehow, mysteriously she ended up with entry to the golden circle (what Biebs calls the Believe Section,) the room’s most-coveted local…
