After the Bieber encounter, Rose slathered her Instagram page with tons pictures of the event… She also posted this cute note, mentioning that she didn’t even have a ticket to the Bieber concert, but somehow, mysteriously she ended up with entry to the golden circle (what Biebs calls the Believe Section,) the room’s most-coveted local…
