THECOUNT.COM EXCLUSIVE! I have been monitoring the police scanner in the area of the Superdome expecting some interesting rescues, but what I ended learning was totally unexpected. After listening to cops speaking back and forth, I realized, they were using the Superdome as a staging area and more importantly, they were evacuating THEMSELVES to the Superdome inviting other city workers to join them!
I overheard cops as they moved their squad cars and other government vehicles in “garage one” of the Superdome. I also heard officials saying that city workers would be allowed to hunker down inside the Superdome but must show government ID in order to enter! I know the general public was told to NOT go to the Superdome, and now we know why! Government types got first dibs! And are already holdup in it!
