A Canadian bride has died at her own “trash the dress” photoshoot.
Maria Pantazopoulos, 30, was being photographed while she attempted to ruin her wedding outfit in a lake, in a tradition called “trash the dress”.
Pantazopoulos got in the water and photographer, Louis Pagakis, started snapping away, but suddenly her now waterlogged dress was making it hard for her to maneuver in the water. She started to panic calling out to Pagakis for help. There was nothing he could do…
“She had her wedding dress on and she said ‘take some pictures of me while I swim a little bit in the lake,’” Mr Pagakis told CTV News.
“She went in and her dress got heavy, I tried everything I could to save her. I jumped in, I was screaming and yelling. We tried our best.”1×1.trans TRAGIC: Beautiful Bride Dies Attempting To Ruin Wedding Dress
