Justin Bieber’s NBC special, “All Around the World,” was a bust in the ratings. The 8pm time-slot was aimed at pre-teens but it ended up finishing fourth out of five shows at that hour.
Bieber scored just 3.3 million viewers – about half the number of top rated “So You Think You Can Dance” on Fox. It was also out-watched by “Dogs in the City.”
