Rob Lowe is staying in Winnipeg right now making a made-for-TV movie. The other night he’s off work, watching the 4th quarter of the NBA championship finals when suddenly, the TV station interrupts the broadcast for local election results… Ugg.
I think that would drive anyone over the edge but Twitter-types immediately starting in with the hateraid, trying to read more into Lowe’ comment.
After the local TV station interrupted the game to cover a municipal election, Lowe tweeted,

As it turns out, Lowe wasn’t even watching Canadian TV, because there were no municipal elections going on, so he may have been watching a U.S. station in North Dakota… To be celebrity is to error…
