Three people racing on PCH were injured when both vehicles collided and went up in flames on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. An accident was reported 12:30 p.m. Sunday and occurred about one mile north of Trancas Canyon. Cops report that three people were hurt, one in critical condition. The two victims are at local hospitals and we are not immediately advised of their conditions.
