My family is all now in there 40s to 60s and we all have rotting teeth, not from lack of care or trying. Discolored teeth breaking off pits on surfaces. A huge mess when your in you latter years. I really feel it is from all teh floride water we drank. I now live in the Country with great well water never gave floride to my kids and there teeth are fantastic. My grand child will never have it in hers if I can help it.
