Naked Facebook Photo Gets Dude 4 Months in Jail

A spoiled sport thought he would revenging his damaged ego by posting a naked picture of his ex on his facebook, however, the vengeful act lands him in jail for four months.

A New Zealand man Joshua Simon Ashby, 22, was sentenced to four months in jail after being found guilty of distributing indecent material.

At first it was enough for Ashby to give all his and his ex’sfriends a peek of her naked, however, he then set the picture to be viewable to all of Facebook’s 500,000 million users.

Ashby was also charged with sending threatening text messages, one reading, “I’m going to kill you.” Other offenses including stealing several of her dresses and wrecking them.
