Actor and activist, Sean Penn, plead no contest in the assault and battery and vandalism of a paparazzi in an incident that occurred last October. The Judge ordered Penn to perform 300 hours of community service and to be placed on 36 months of probation as well as to attend 36 hours of anger management.
Penn was also ordered to stay 100 yards away from the pap. A restitution hearing set for July 8.
