What the hell is going on with former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean?! IsTMZ right, is the beauty queen really suing the Miss California USA organization? She’s only doing damage to herself! Can’t she just let this whole thing die?

As I stated, TMZ is reporting that Ms. Prejean is ready to sue. In response, Miss California USA’s lawyer wrote up an angry (but justified) letter. Basically, he said that if Ms. Prejean doesn’t stop bad-mouthing the organization and its director then they will spill the beans about her. If she tries to sue the company for defamation she better be ready for story after story about how rude and unprofessional she was. They’re ready for this war if Carrie wants it. Sounds like a pretty serious warning.
