Freddie Prinze Jr. is joining the CTU’s Field OPs division next winter as former Marine Davis Cole on Fox’s 24, set to air January 17, 2010. The rumor is that FPJ will be stepping into Jack Bauer’s ass-kicking shoes as troublemaker Keifer Sutherland gets phased out.
Freddie isn’t the only new cast member set to join 24. The new season will also feature Slumdog Millionaire’s Anil Kapoor as a Middle Eastern leader, Nanzeen Contractor as his daughter, and John Boyd as a systems analyst. Now all we have to do is wait 7 months.
