Bernie Brillstein was my friend, and he was also a member of the Academy and produced MANY big movie hits. I am saddened the Academy forgot him in the annual tribute to the movie greats that crossed over.
Unless you are in the business you may not know of Bernie, however, you know his work. Here is my tribute and also a list of some of Bernie’s accomplishments.
