Drummer/Musician Travis Barker already sued the companies that are responsible for the burning plane crash that he and friend DJ Adam Goldstein survived.
Adam Goldstein a.k.a. DJ AM, is NOW stepping up and suing the same companies responsible for the plane crash.
On Tuesday, Adam filed his complaint for “negligence” and “breach of contract”at the L.A. Superior Court.
Adam has not specified the dollar amount for which he wishes to receive for the case, but he did state that he wishes to earn money to pay for his pain and suffering, medical expenses and other damages.
