Fox News, “The Five” host, Bob Beckel, was officially fired Thursday over what a top executive blamed on Beckel’s “personal issues.”
Beckel has been absent from the popular Fox News round table style program for several months to reportedly recover from back surgery, however, the network has now released a statement indicating that Beckel had checked into a rehab facility to receive treatment for a prescription drug addiction.
The addiction appears to have been a factor in Fox’s decision to part ways with Beckel. Bill Shine, the channel’s executive VP of programming, said that patience with Beckel had run out at the channel. Continue reading
Vince Vaughn voiced his undying support for guns in the latest issue of British GQ.
Vaughn bucked the Hollywood trend of allowing total government dominance, by saying, “banning guns is like banning forks.” You’re preaching to the choir buddy, preaching to the choir.
“I support people having a gun in public full stop, not just in your home. We don’t have the right to bear arms because of burglars; we have the right to bear arms to resist the supreme power of a corrupt and abusive government. Continue reading
A low-budget movie in limited release starring Ethan Hawke is shockingly outperforming Google’s new mega-movie starring top notch stars, Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson. Reviewers have universally panned the comedy and it doesn’t really help that Google is intertwined in several controversies at the moment..
Joaquin PHoenix Home.. How cool, and when I say cool I mean, how weird is it that Joaquin Phoenix buys the house next-door to him – just so he can kick his neighbors out? I live that! I wanna get some neighbor so I can pull that classic move too!
Ian Ziering, rocking the original 90210 fame, and his wife, Erin Kristine Ludwig Von Ears, are welcoming their second baby.
The Huffington Post reports that Taylor Kitsch and Lynn Collins will star in “John Carter of Mars,” the adaptation of the Edgar Rice Burroughs book series that Andrew Stanton is directing for Disney.
The role of Carter was considered one of the “gets” for a young actor, and Disney has spent months meeting and testing a wide array of talented actors from Jon Hamm to Josh Duhamel during its search. Canadian-born Kitsch, began building buzz with his starring role on NBC’s “Friday Night Lights” then he booked the role of Gambit in “Wolverine.”
You know usually perfection doesn’t turn me on, but this guy was the most visually stimulating part of “Wolverine” even if that Louisiana accent he wore was a little poor. He reminds me of a present day Matt from the television show “7th Heaven”. I’m so ashamed that I watched that show for a year and change but Matt Camden was one hot preacher boy and that family was so zany with their easily solved problems and their raucous family pets.
I am soooo sad today. I have always had a crush on the tall drink of milk= Vince Vaughn.
Apparently he proposed to a girl he’s been dating and she’s better than Jennifer Aniston! haha
Here is a picture of Kyla: Pretty ugly!! haha
Weeks after Us Weekly reported that the actor, 38, proposed to Canadian real estate agent Kyla Weber, her father confirmed the news Thursday in an interview with The Montreal Gazette. He declined to comment any further.
“She’s so happy and excited! They clicked from the beginning,” a pal recently told Us of the couple. “Kyla never mentions Jennifer Aniston [Vaughn’s famous ex].”
Adds the source, “Vince has met Kyla’s whole family in Calgary. And she met his family in Chicago. They loved her!”
