Soundgarden Chris Cornell Death Investigated As SUICIDE After “Note” Found At Scene

Detroit authorities are saying that the death of Chris Cornell, Soundgarden and later Audioslave frontman, is being investigated as a possible suicide.

A police spokesman said Thursday, “basic things observed at the scene,” are driving the investigation towards concluding Cornell committed suicide. That “thing” is believed to be a note left behind by the prolific singer. Cornell was 52.

Cornell was found dead at the MGM Grand Detroit hotel. Reports say that Cornell’s wife, Vicky Karayiannis, called a family friend and asked him to do a welfare check on Cornell. The friend forced open a hotel room door and found Cornell lifeless on the bathroom floor. Continue reading

Twitter is like truth serum!  A visit to the “Nine Inch Nails” front man’s Twitter page revealed how Trent really feels about the new Chris Cornell’s new album, “Scream”, Trent Twittered, “You know that feeling you get when somebody embarrasses themselves so badly YOU feel uncomfortable? Heard Chris Cornell’s record? Jesus.”  OUCH!

Well, I guess you Chris can take Trent off his Christmas card list!
