Adam Lambert was a guest on “Chelsea Lately” Wednesday night. The interview was very entertaining, and she had 1.3 Million viewers that tuned in, which was bigger than ever for the show!
The large viewership was very surprising considering Adam had turned a lot of people and fans off when he kissed his male band member during his performance at the AMA awards in November 2009. Personally, I am am a fan, and I followed Adam from the beginning, and thought he was going to be in the American Idol finals, and sure enough he made it! The ‘guy on guy’ kiss didn’t really surprise or shock me. That kind of action is ongoing in West Hollywood all day long! Dudes are kissing and holding hands all day. I can’t imagine what sheltered people thought and how they reacted! That would be more entertaining to see than Adam kissing a dude!
Anyway, Adam told Chelsea Handler that he tripped on acid before he went on American Idol. They talked about a lot of other crap, but I want to highlight his quotes about taking acid. Adam said this about his acid tripp:
We knew that Leonardo DiCaprio had a great chance at getting the role of Frank Sinatra when it was in ‘talks’ of a film being made about Sinatra’s life. For one, Leo has an awesome throwback appeal in a lot of his movies. Two, he is good friends with Martin Scorsese who will be directing the movie. We also wondered if Johnny Depp had a chance to get the role. Well, we are glad with the decision of Leo to play Sinatra.
I feel pretty bad for Jessica Simpson here. Her poor dog, Daisy, was taken by a coyote Monday night. The singer is now desperately calling on friends and fans to help her find the missing pooch.
Simpson made the following post on Twitter Monday night: “My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes. HORROR! We are searching. Hoping. Please help!”
The following morning, Simpson posted the flyer above near her house. She is presumably still looking for Daisy, who may be anywhere in the hills of L.A.
I’ve got to say, things aren’t looking too good for little Daisy. Dogs rarely come back after being snatched by coyotes. I mean, you can’t really reason with a coyote and if they’re hungry… But maybe, just maybe, the wild animal is raising Daisy as its own, living off the fat of the land up in the hills above Los Angeles. Sure it’s unlikely but it’s possible. Right?
Tonight’s “Miss Universe” pageant was held in Nassau, Bahamas. “The Hills” actress Heidi Montag opened the show, and gave her first live performance, singing “Body Language” from her debut album.
The show was being broadcast live the Bahamas, and happened to blocked out more than half of Heidi’s performance as they introduced the 15 finalists. It was probably a ‘good thing’ that Heidi’s show was cut in and out because the footage that NBC did show, was kind of dodgy.
Heidi was lip syncing. Her outfit looked like a bad knock-off of Britney Spears’ outfit from an old MTV VMAs performance from 2000. Heidi’s dance choreography was off-beat and did not match her back-up dancers. Do I hear fake cheering and clapping int the video? But hey, this was her first performance ever, so we should be nice. I am proud of her for making it happen! Go Heidi!

Victoria “Posh” Beckham says she’s “beyond excited” at being an “American Idol” judge. In fact, Victoria, 35, even says her joy is ruining her usual miserable persona.
“When I got the phone call, I just couldn’t believe it,” the former Spice Girl told Ryan Seacrest in an interview on his radio show. “I feel like I got the best job that there is. I’m still grinning from ear to ear.
“I’m going to try hard to pout and not shatter the illusion that I’m a moody cow, but I don’t know if I can – I’m just so happy,” she said.
London’s Daily Mail reports that the mother-of-three will appear in one episode of series nine of the show for a rumoured $219,000 fee.
Her first scenes at the call back auditions of the show were filmed at a hotel in Denver Friday.
Wearing a purple strapless gown, she shook hands with fans on her way in.

About 4 months ago, on March 13, in my hometown Indiana, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were supposed to make a special appearance at Indiana Live Casino in a town called Shelbyville. The Casino promoted ahead for Justin and Jessica to show on their grand opening night. The two were invited as special guests to perform the ribbon cutting. Opening night came around, and Justin and Jessica were never present. They were announced as ‘no shows.’ So we thought…
The day of the grand opening…
My friend and former dance choreographer Julie Bandy happens to be the head dance choreographer for the Indiana Live Dancers at the casino. My other friend Suzy, happened to be guest dancing that grand opening night. I remember getting a phone call earlier that day from my Mom Nancy telling me that “Justin Timberlake is going to be at Indiana Live’s grand opening night!” I then called Suzy, who was with Julie, and told them the news about Justin’s appearance. While we were on the phone, they were on their way to the casino. They told me that they knew nothing nor heard anything about Justin Timberlake showing up for the grand opening. Later that night I text messaged Suzy and asked how the night went and how Justin was. She said, “Justin never showed up. I’m not surprised because when I bartended downtown, the club frequently made rumors of celebrity appearances but it was just b.s. to get people in the door and spend $$$.”

WHOA! WAIT…Did they just say “messages came from users in Scotland and Iran”? Do they mean that people in other countries get the chance to go to the event? That’s weird because a couple days ago, the StaplesCenter.com stated that “all who register, must be U.S.A. citizens.”
Okay, so did Staples let the “U.S. citizen rule” slide today? Is this a mistake? We aren’t being mean, bias or pompous about ‘other countries’ than America, we just thought the rules were only allowing American citizens to enter the memorial contest. Let’s face it, how are these winners from other countries going make it to the memorial anyway? Flights are probably packed, hotels are jammed…how will they travel the distance to make it on time?
