Madonna
In a far off place…Warsaw, Poland, our beloved American Pop star Madonna is not wanted there. Warsaw claims that Madonna’s past performances are overly controversial in the ‘religion’ department. Madonna has a track record of doing things a little bit differently like kissing an actor playing Jesus in one of her videos and staging a crucifixion scene in her last world tour. In some other countries, these kind of antics are taken TOO seriously, just like Sacha Baron Cohen’s “Borat” and “Bruno” movies. Some uptight countries simply just can’t handle our entertainment.
This year, Madonna has planned a visit once again to the town that utterly adores her! Not really. Reuters reports that “Madonna has upset some believers in devoutly Roman Catholic Poland by timing her Polish debut concert [in Warsaw] to coincide with the day when Christians mark the Virgin Mary’s ascension to heaven.”
Okay, so the town ‘Warsaw’ doesn’t want her, but the town “Rumin” does! As a matter of fact, people are praying for Madonna to stop there for her tour!

Tameka and Usher
Usher talked it out with Entertainment tonight last night and spoke about his divorce from Tameka Raymond. They asked him about the media attention and here’s what he had to say:
“I’d hate for them to assume that. If there’s any turmoil I think it’s managing all of it, but having an incredible team that helps me do that it makes it very easy, or easier than it would normally be attempting to do it myself.”
On how he manages being a dad to 2 young boys:
“What I do is, I try to get [my work] done and get home on the weekends if possible ¦ but when I’m with my boys it’s just all about them.”
Poor Usher, how ever will he manage his new single life with all his money and youth and overall whip appeal? Maybe he can hook it up with Britney and her kids and they can be the 2009 Brady Bunch. I smell an MTV reality show.

They said it wouldn’t last and it didn’t. Tameka Foster and popular singer Usher filed for divorce in Atlanta this morning. The couple, who have 2 children together, endured a turbulent relationship from the beginning but Usher did all he could to make it work despite backlash from friends and family.
Intouch Magazine reports that the couple have been living separately for almost a year after their two year marriage. They have two small children together, which are Usher’s main concern. An inside source reveals: “He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.”
After he cheated on Chili from TLC we got the amazing “Confessions” album, I can only imagine that his post divorce album is gonna be off the da chain.

L.C.'s cake

There is a famous bakery in West Hollywood that tends to mostly celebrity clientele. Thet cake shop has done cakes for everyone from Britney Spears to Quentin Tarantino to The Oscars. Oh, and they just did Lady Gaga’s cake!
One of this iconic cake shop’s recent clients was MTV’s “The Hills.” They created a super special cake for Lauren Conrad’s (L.C.) birthday. My oh my was the cake gorgeous! It was a square cake with red, white and black hand designed roses and pearls. In the middle it said, “Happy Birthday Lauren.” The guys over at the cake shop spent a lot of time decorating this cake along with all of the last minute changes! 
Oh and did I mention that they even delivered the cake to Lauren Conrad’s yacht birthday party?

Madonna’s adoption of another orphan in Malawi has drawn criticism, however, I don’t think anyone thought Madonna would actually lose her bid to adopt the little girl that she hand picked from a group of orphans, but that’s exactly what happened.
A judge in Malawi said “No” to Madge’s request to take the little girl home, stating Madonna did not meet requirements of prospective adoptive parents sighting she would have to live in Africa for 18-24 months before the process could be completed.
The likelihood of Madonna living in Africa is slim-to-none, and this little girl must now face a lifetime of regret and ˜what might have been’, she is only 4 years old. It is really sad.
Madonna may have to resort to adopting one of the countless American orphans waiting for someone to show up to take them home, any home, much less the home of a super-rich rock star.

It’s been five years since she has graced a stage on tour but there was no rust on this machine, known as, Britney Spears.
Fans lined up hours before Britney hit the stage at the New Orleans Arena. Wearing a Madonna style top hat and looking like she has been taking a page from her workout ethic too. Britney is back with a vengeance.
It is no secret we like Britney here at ThecounT.com and it is really nice to hear a resounding positive reaction to our girl Miss Spears.
Like I have reported before, I think mad props go out to Britney’s dad, who took control of his daughter’s life and finances at a time when it could have been a very different story to report here tonight. Way to go Britney!

Now this takes the cake. People is reporting, Brown and Rihanna were “Spending time together at the home of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.”
“While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves,” a source told People.
We have reported this story to no end and even slanted our writing towards the injured party, Rihanna. After all, seeing a woman beat as severely as Rihanna, it’s not hard to take a stance. Now hearing Rihanna has decided to go back with the man who beat her is a hard pill to swallow.
Sure, we all have taken a naughty lover back at some point, but after a smack down like that?
I thought Chris Brown’s career was in doubt after the beating he unleashed on his lady, but now, IF Rihanna takes Brown back? I think Rihanna’s career will suffer equally. Who could respect her after that?
With the range of emotions we have all been through with these two over the past few weeks, I think all us fans deserve to go to Diddy’s house for some R and R.
