Criminal mastermind!
Holy cow, what the hell is going on with Randy Quaid and his wife?! Yesterday, the actor and his lady, Evi, were arrested in Texas after being charged with not paying a $10,000 hotel bill. Apparently, authorities in California say the two skipped on paying the hotel and then left town. I guess. I don’t know. This is some pretty hardcore cross-country fugitive stuff here. Where are the cast members of Law and Order when you need them?
The couple are being held in Marfa, Texas with bail set at $20,000 each. Authorities aren’t saying much else about the case. The official warrant was for charges of burglary, defrauding an innkeeper and conspiracy.
Quaid’s reps aren’t saying anything. Yet.
UPDATE: Quaid and his wife were released on bail after a quick drive to the bank by a friendly, local sheriff.

Jon Gosselin is moving far too fast nowadays. Just this past Tuesday, he was pulled over for driving 78 mph. This is not legal. As a result, he has been issued a ticket for $165.50. That’s just drops in the bucket compared to all the cash he is getting after leaving his wife and 600 kids, a trajedy that he has effortlessly parlayed into a series of US Magazine cover stories. This just bought him another 3 seconds of relevance.

I’m now famous and I don’t know what I’m doing…
TLC’s hit reality show “Jon and Kate Plus 8″ stars Jon and Kate, rang in to 911 yesterday. According to news reports, Kate made the call.
TMZ reports that “Sources close to Jon and Kate tell TMZ that Kate was upset because Jon wanted to leave the kids with Stephanie Santoro — the babysitter who was handpicked by Jon.”
“Kate has serious trust issues with Santoro, and doesn’t want her playing nanny with her kids. Kate went to the house to watch the kids instead of Santoro — and that sparked the fight that ended with Kate calling 911.”
After the short 10 min. visit from police, Kate then left the property to stay at a nearby Days Inn Hotel without the kids because it was Jon’s turn to watch them. Poor children.

Police and feds are converging on a Las Vegas Pharmacy in the investigation in the death of Michael Jackson.
Applied Pharmacy Services in Las Vegas, Nv, is being searched for records now connecting them to the distribution of drugs given to Michael Jackson via doctor Conrad Murray.
The pharmacy located on Tenaya Way in Las Vegas, NV becomes the first pharmacy entangled in the probe of drugs given to Jackson in his home, which may have directly led to his death.
A visit to the pharmacy website found it “Under Development.”

“After collecting more than $17,000 from hundreds of donors in support of the Michael Jackson Memorial Tuesday morning, the City’s Information Technology Agency could not handle the high volume of traffic or adequately respond to frequent and prolonged server crashes,” Stated, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa
It is not clear if the server malfunction was caused by a widespread attack on many government websites by hackers, or if it was the volume of people attempting to contribute, but what is known, the $17,000 is only a drop in the bucket compared to the $1.4MIL spent by the city on the Jackson’s memorial.

As you can see from our recent posts, we have been very busy all day long in attendance at Michael Jackson’s memorial at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. We have been on a mesmerizing trip for the last week since Michael’s passing. The whole entire time has been surreal and emotional. Yesterday on Monday, I woke up to find that I still had not received a ’special email from the Michael Jackson memorial lottery.’ The special lottery was an email submission contest from you could enter, requesting tickets to attend his memorial that was today, Tuesday.

Perez Hilton
Earlier tonight, Perez Hilton tweeted that he had been assaulted by Black Eyed Pea’s front man, Will.I.Am. Yeah, I know, weird right?
A little after midnight, Hilton posted this: “I was assaulted by Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.” He later tweeted about his need for assistance, calls to his lawyers and, finally, the arrival of Toronto police.
No other word on the situation. We don’t know if Will.I.Am really did assault him, why the altercation took place or if anyone’s been arrested. This should be interesting.
