The crypt above Marilyn Monroe was just sold today for $4.6 million at an auction on eBay. Bidding for the auction started at $500,000 on Aug 14. It is unknown who bought the crypt. We thought Hugh Hefner would.
The crypt above Marilyn at Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery is being vacated, making room for someone else. A woman named Elsie Poncher, sold her husband’s crypt above Marilyn to pay off her house mortgage! Her husband had bought the crypt from Marilyn’s ex husband Joe DiMaggio in 1954. DiMaggio had planned on being laid to rest above Marilyn, but he changed his mind and sold the plot when he and Marilyn divorced in 1954.
Monroe was laid to rest at the cemetery in 1962. Mr. Poncher was put to rest above Marilyn “face down” in 1986. Elsie Poncher said that Mr. Poncher will now be moved one plot over from the original.
Hugh Hefner just sold a mansion that he owns, just next door to his Playboy mansion in Holmby Hills. He sold the mansion for $18 Million to a 25 year-old heir of “Chef Boyardee”, Daren Metropoulos. He must be thrilled! 25 years-old, and living next to a house full of naked women!
But wait! Trouble in paradise! The newly sold mansion still has someone living in it that refuses to leave! It’s not one of Hef’s pet lamas, it’s a lady! His ‘wife’ to be exact! His wife is the ‘girl next door’!

Marilyn’s plot was originally bought by Marilyn’s ex husband and NY Yankees Baseball legend Joe DiMaggio, who sold it to a woman named Elsie Poncher, after divorcing from Monroe in 1954.
Yes, DiMaggio did not want to be resting above Marilyn’s plot after they divorced! Was he that mad at the time? He sold his own plot to be away from Marilyn? Elsie Poncher’s deceased husband has been resting above Marilyn for years. He will now be moving elsewhere, and in return, Elsie will be getting Millions.
Did you know that Hugh Hefner owns the plot next to Marilyn? Hugh bought the plot next to Marilyn in 1992 for $75,000. Throughout the years, there have been reports that Hugh actually wanted to be above Marilyn’s plot, but the space had been taken by Elsie Poncher’s husband. One rumor I heard was that Hugh wanted to be buried/resting above Marilyn, lying face down. I think that rumor was mixed up with Elsie Poncher’s husband who did in fact get buried/laid to rest face down above Marilyn’s plot!
Oh yes, this is happening. Heidi Pratt’s upcoming Playboy issue is on its way and Spencer couldn’t seem happier about it. The photo you see is from the G.I. Joe premiere in Hollywood but the lovely couple couldn’t let a good publicity moment get away. They flaunted Heidi’s magazine all over the red carpet. The cover image has Heidi, covered in mud or chocolate or something, with a Playboy bunny drawn on her stomach. That’s the only image we’ve seen from the magazine — so far. I wouldn’t put it past the couple to showcase more pictures before the official debut. Heck, I wouldn’t be surprised if Heidi stripped on live TV to ensure more copies sold.

People magazine confirms that Heidi Montag will pose nude for the September issue of Playboy magazine. A source confirms “There is nudity. It’s tasteful she had a lot of fun with it,” says a second source. A rep for the magazine had no comment, and Montag’s rep was not immediately available to respond to questions.
Heidi has an amazing body that was pretty much constructed for the specific purpose of posing for Playboy. I genuinely imagined Audrina would be the first to do Playboy not a good God fearing Christian lady like Mrs. Montag-Pratt. It must be due to the fact that she married the devil in the flesh colored beard.
Congratulations to former Playmate Kendra “Boobs” Wilkinson and her fiancee Hank Baskett. The reality show couple are expecting their first child.
