Hundreds of travelers could be seen on the tarmac after a shooting at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Massive delays are expected as authorities shutter the busy airport during the investigation.
At least nine people are injured and at least one has died after a shooting that was reported by former White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer who tweeted Friday that he was at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport when the mass shooting took place.
“I’m at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Shots have been fired. Everyone is running,” Fleischer tweeted at 12:57 p.m. Reports say, the shooter has been apprehended. Continue reading
