It’s celebrity crime week apparently. First we’ve got Roman Polanski getting arrested after years of evading arrest and now this. If only Spencer Pratt would get locked up for public indecency.
Roger Avary, co-writer of Pulp Fiction and the film adaptations of Beowulf and The Rules of Attraction, has been sentenced for a deadly 2008 DUI crash. The Oscar winner was sentenced to a year in jail followed by five years probation.
Avary was arrested in 2008 after crashing his car while driving 100 miles an hour. His wife was ejected from the car but not seriously hurt. Sadly, a passenger in another car was killed in the accident. Avary pleaded guilty to gross vehicular manslaughter.

Man, this guy brings back some memories. I fondly remember days after school spent watching Power Rangers with my friends. However, I was never a big fan. Honestly. Stop judging me.
Former Power Ranger Walter Jones was arrested in Alabama this Sunday for driving under the influence. The actor, who played the black ranger, was picked up in Huntsville, where he later met bail and was released.
Aside from his successful run on The Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers, he was a star on Nickelodeon’s Space Cases and later on FX’s classic program The Shield.

Howard Stern Show alum Artie Lange was arrested today for suspicion of driving under the influence. The troubled radio host was a part of a fender bender out in New Jersey and when cops arrived they determined Lange was under the influence of alcohol. The car crash was reportedly minor.
TMZ reported this story about an hour ago so we don’t know if Lange has been released or not. We also don’t know how much trouble this is going to give him. Drunk driving in the middle of the day? That doesn’t look too good. The man has a lot of problems, including an admitted addiction to drugs. He’s a pretty talented comic and writer so let’s hope he can clean himself up.

Three’s Company star Joyce DeWitt was arrested this weekend in southern California for driving drunk. She was pulled over in the city of El Segundo and given a field sobriety test. The officer determined she was intoxicated and arrested her. She was booked and released later that day.
DeWitt, 60, played Janet on the hilarious 70’s show. It still ranks as one of my favorite sitcoms ever.
I must admit that this mugshot isn’t very flattering. I feel bad for poor Joyce.

Polo Molina, the man who socked Perez Hilton, might be facing a whole lot of trouble. So far, his fight with Perez was really more headlines than it was legal problems. But now it’s been revealed that Mr. Molina is on probation for a DUI. Yeah, not good. A judge could definitely consider this altercation a violation of his probation and toss him in the slammer for 6 months.
So, for all the huffing and puffing about Perez Hilton, his lawsuit might actually put this guy away for a long while. And he thought Will.I.Am was mad at him before.

“Point Break” star Lori Petty was arrested for suspicion of D.U.I in Venice, Ca early Sunday morning. She was booked into a Los Angeles bail and posted $100,000 bail shortly thereafter. The rumor mill is turning and it seems that Petty may have ran into a skateboarder while driving under the influence.
If Hollywood were the boy scouts, then getting a D.U.I would be like a merit badge. It makes no sense to me why you’d risk your life or someone else’s when you catch a cab home for a nominal fee. Poo Poo on you if the police’s suspicions are correct Lori.

His wife Robyn filed for divorce with power hitter divorce lawyer Laura Wasser citing the usual “differences”..or aka..”My husband lost his shit about 5 years ago”. The couple have produced 7 children from their union with the youngest being “Tom” at 10 years old. Robyn is seeking joint and legal custody of the boy along with every little last penny that she can scrape out of their nest egg.
The couple released a statement: “Throughout our marriage and separation we have always strived to maintain the privacy and integrity of our family and will continue to do so.”
Since I’m not heartless I do have to say I’m very sorry this cornerstone of Hollywood has finally crumbled. Kids suffer from a divorce and it’s incredibly painful. The Gibson family is in our hearts here at Thecount.com and we hope they can settle their money matters quickly and respectfully.

Around 1:45 a.m., Lohan showed up outside actor Nicholson’s house on Mulholland Drive. Witnesses say the actress, accompanied by pals, buzzed the intercom numerous times and grew agitated, asking for “Jack” to open the gate.
The group was eventually let in, and Lohan remained inside until a bodyguard picked her up about 4:30 a.m. (Representatives for Nicholson could not immediately be reached for comment.)
Lohan’s bodyguard then brought her to Sam Ronson’s house, where Ronson showed up at around 11:30 a.m. Later in the day, a loud disturbance was heard at the house, including the sound of a breaking window. Police cars arrived at the house shortly afterward.
In an exclusive statement to PerezHilton.com, Lindsay says, “This warrant for my arrest is completely fabricated and its a horrendous lie. This will make me loose every single deal that I have right now. Its horrible.”

Just hours after the Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed an arrest warrant had been issued for Lindsay Lohan, the actress was spotted going grocery shopping and partying at L.A.’s Chateau Marmont.
After shopping at Gelson’s supermarket in West Hollywood, Lohan, 22, was escorted home by police — but not taken into custody — before she headed out again to Chateau Marmont.
Later in the evening, the actress was spotted at Jack Nicholson’s home, where she stayed until 4:30 a.m. before returning to girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s home.
Hey…wait a minute…Jack Nicholson??? Can he still speak and move his legs? haha. Wonder what those two were doing till 4:30am.

Pamela Bach Arrested For Felony DUI

An LAPD spokesperson tells RadarOnline.com that Pamela caused a chain reaction accident that resulted in several people suffering minor injuries around 9pm in the San Fernando Valley. Pam was booked on felony charges because the accident resulted in injuries. She was released on $100,000 bail.
