Chelsea Clinton To Follow In Political Footsteps Of Parents

Chelsea Clinton is more than hinting around about following in the political footsteps of her parents Bill and Hillary Clinton, that is if she has the right political calling, the former first daughter said in an interview with Vogue.

“So if there were to be a point where it was something I felt called to do and I didn’t think there was someone who was sufficiently committed to building a healthier, more just, more equitable, more productive world? Then that would be a question I’d have to ask and answer,” she tells Vogue.

Clinton stated previously she had no aspirations to become a politician but that was before her mother ran for Senate in 2000, “not because it was something I had thought a lot about, but because people have been asking me that my whole life.”

Chelsea is currently contracted as a correspondent for NBC News, but that was only for 90 days, and sources say she will likely be let-go by the network – so like any good Clinton – she is already plotting her next move…
