Two years ago, false reports surfaced in the media that a Washington woman claimed she had been assaulted by David Copperfield. Now, this same woman has filed a lawsuit on this false, two-year old claim to get money. We had hoped to avoid responding to her allegations in public, but her filing of this lawsuit has forced us to do so, to respond to these false allegations and set the record straight.
This woman, who filed the lawsuit, has a history of lying. She has lied to law enforcement before and, as a result, had innocent people arrested based on a false accusation. She bragged to one of her closest friends that she could make up allegations against a guy to “take a guy down” if she wanted to. She said this before she even met Mr. Copperfield. Witness after witness who know her personally say she is incapable of telling the truth.

As Count reported, the plot above Marilyn Monroe is for sale at Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetary! After hearing this, I just had to add to this saga!
Marilyn’s plot was originally bought by Marilyn’s ex husband and NY Yankees Baseball legend Joe DiMaggio, who sold it to a woman named Elsie Poncher, after divorcing from Monroe in 1954.
Yes, DiMaggio did not want to be resting above Marilyn’s plot after they divorced! Was he that mad at the time? He sold his own plot to be away from Marilyn? Elsie Poncher’s deceased husband has been resting above Marilyn for years. He will now be moving elsewhere, and in return, Elsie will be getting Millions.
Did you know that Hugh Hefner owns the plot next to Marilyn? Hugh bought the plot next to Marilyn in 1992 for $75,000. Throughout the years, there have been reports that Hugh actually wanted to be above Marilyn’s plot, but the space had been taken by Elsie Poncher’s husband. One rumor I heard was that Hugh wanted to be buried/resting above Marilyn, lying face down. I think that rumor was mixed up with Elsie Poncher’s husband who did in fact get buried/laid to rest face down above Marilyn’s plot!

Poor Eddie Murphy. First his movie “Imagine That” fizzles at 6th place for the weekend box office making a slovenly $5 million and change though it cost $55 million to make.
Then this news comes along. The cherry on top, if you will. His ex-wife Nicole Murphy has become engaged to another man, Michael Strahan, on the beaches of the Bahamas. Eddie has a child with Scary Spice and is now currently single. Keep ya head up Mr. Murphy, there’s always “Daddy Camp 4″. Perhaps a prequel to “Pluto Nash” or a revival of The Klumps? How about the “PJ’s”?
Oh I got it! Turns out that your ex wife and her new beau have 9 kids between them. So you win Mr. Murphy! It’ll be like Beethoven Part 8 on their honeymoon.

From the sadness of the loss of their son Jett, People Magazine does a follow up story on John T and Kelly P. I was curious as to how they were doing. I’m not quite sure how Scientology is helping them cope other than receiving kind words from fellow scientologists. I’d be screwed if Scientology was holding me together. Literally…screwed with iron bolts from The God Of Mars that were set in place by the “Hammer of Aliens”.
A few days ago, John Travolta and Kelly Preston threw a birthday party for their daughter Ella Bleu, who turned 9 on April 3, “just as they would any other year,” says a close friend of the family.
And yet this year has been marked by deep tragedy for John, 55, and Kelly, 46, who are still reeling from the sudden loss of their only son Jett on Jan. 2 in the Bahamas. Since his death from a seizure disorder, the family has remained out of the spotlight, even keeping a low profile in their adopted hometown of Ocala, Fla.

Only after getting bad press did Wells Fargo Bank cancel an extravagant trip to Las Vegas planned for top employees. The 12-night trip booked at the Wynn Hotel was canceled after lawmakers on Capital Hill quickly took a “Oh no you did-nt” stance on the Vegas vacation.
In the past, Wells Fargo frequently pampered brass with helicopter rides, wine tasting, Puerto Rico horse and camel riding excursions and even private Jimmy Buffet, Huey Lewis and Cher concerts held in exclusive resort destinations like the Bahamas.
But now with $25 billion in taxpayer money keeping the bank alive, perks like this seem extremely insensitive to America’s economic woes. “In light of the current environment, we have now decided to cancel this event…” said a Well Fargo rep.
You think banks would have learned a lesson after insurance company American International Group Inc. (AIG) spent $440,000 on spa treatments for department heads right after the company took $85 billion from taxpayers.
In a preventative move, Morgan Stanley (MS), canceled a trip to Monte Carlo, also planned for top floor guys.
“Recognition events are still part of our culture,” Wells Fargo spokeswoman Melissa Murray said Tuesday afternoon. “It’s really important that our team members are still valued and recognized.”

John Travolta and Kelly Preston are dealing with the unthinkable, the death of thier 16 year old son “Jett”.
Jett died Friday morning after suffering a seizure on vacation with his folks in the Bahamas.
The family attorney told CNN “At this point, we know that John Travolta and Kelly Preston’s only son, Jett, had a seizure at around 10 a.m. this morning,” attorney Michael Ossi said. “All attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.”
Jett hit his head after the seizure. The autopsy is on Monday. The funeral will be in Ocala, Florida.
