Kyndall Harrell was named as the 23-year-old woman who died one day after crashing into a pond in Mandarin.
Harrell was driving east in the 4500 block of Greenland Road in Mandarin, Jacksonville, FL, when her vehicle left the roadway and landed in a retention pond, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Police officers said they could not determine how long her vehicle was underwater. Harrell was unresponsive at the scene and taken to a local hospital. She died at the hospital Thursday, police said. Continue reading
Blake Haddox, aka, Blake Alex Cole Haddox, has been named as the man killed after Tulsa police responded to the scene of a fatal crash in east Tulsa Friday night. Haddox was 20.
The fatal crash occurred near 38th and Memorial in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Officials said the crash involved a semi-truck and a motorcycle. Police say the driver of the motorcycle was driving on Memorial when the semi turned left onto the Broken Arrow Expressway and collided with it. The driver of the motorcycle, later identified as Blake Alex Cole Haddox, 20, was killed. Continue reading
A Gofundme page has been set up for Greenville man, Nickolas Spain, who was killed in a one-car crash in the Town of Westerlo early Wednesday morning. He was 26.
The Albany County Sheriff’s Department responded around 1:17 a.m. to an unknown motor vehicle crash on County Route 401 just north of Route 414.
When they arrived, deputies found Spain still trapped inside the car. Westerlo Fire Department personnel extricated the driver from the car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Antwerp, Ohio woman, Bethany Reinhart, has died following a crash on I-75 and U.S. 33 in Auglaize County Saturday afternoon, according to an Ohio State Highway Patrol release.
Reinhart, 24, aka, Beth Reinhart, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to Wapakoneta post deputies.
Reinhart reportedly failed to stop at the bottom of an I-75 exit ramp before turning westbound onto U.S. 33 and into the path of an eastbound semi.

A car wreck in Crawford County, GA., has taken the lives of two people, Katelyn Nichole Watson, 28, and Trent Williamson, 37.
Watson and Williamson where traveling in a vehicle when they were involved in a two-car collision Friday on Lower Hartley Bridge Road.
Williamson was a Bibb County resident and Watson was from Crawford County, according to a Crawford County Sheriff’s Office news release.

Authorities have identified brothers, Hugo Guerrero, 17 and Daniel Guerrero, 22, both of Upton, as two of the victims of a deadly crash on Bluegrass Parkway, KY., Saturday night.
The Nelson County Coroner said Rylee Marie Razon, 16, was from Elizabethtown, is the third victim.
The trio were killed when their vehicle spun out of control, left the roadway and hit a rock wall Saturday night in Nelson County. Police said Hugo Guerrero was driving.

Singer Phil Collins has been treated for a severe gash near his eye that required stitches after being rushed to the hospital over taking a fall in his London hotel room.
Reps for the singer said in a statement that concerts planned for London’s Royal Albert Hall Thursday and Friday night have been postponed ironically until fall.
The 66-year-old former Genesis star, who suffers from a gait abnormality after a back operation, tripped over a chair in the middle of the night. He was given stitches for the cut on his head and will be kept under observation for 24 hours. ap

A rep for Gregg Allman‘s band confirmed three crew members were injured Wednesday morning when a bus they were traveling in crashed on Interstate 77 in West Virginia.
Spokesman Ken Weinstein said Allman, 68, was not on the vehicle at the time of the accident. The crew members were treated for minor injuries and released from the hospital.

Rock band, Iron Maiden‘s jet was involved in an accident after it collided with a ground tug at the airport in Santiago, Chile Saturday. The band is now scrambling to make new arrangements to get themselves and their equipment to Argentina for their concert tomorrow night.
The iconic airplane, which is piloted by Bruce Dickinson, the band’s lead singer, suffered damage to two of its engines while injuring two ground tug crew members. Both were transported to the hospital. Their condition was not immediately reported.
They broke the news on their Facebook page, where they included the above picture and another showing the damage. According to the post, the plane was being towed in order to be refueled prior to their flight to Cordoba, Argentina. Continue reading
Former Miss New Jersey and current news anchor, Cara McCollum, has died after suffering injuries in a car crash Feb. 15. She was 24 years old.
McCollum’s family announced the sad news Monday saying she had passed away at 4:31 a.m. in the operating room.
McCollum, 24, was critically injured when her convertible spun off the highway in New Jersey and hit multiple trees before stopping at an embankment. Continue reading
