We’ve been following this saga from the beginning. Real quick: David Letterman made a joke about Sarah Palin and her 14 year old daughter (Dave meant it to be about her 18 yr. old daughter) being “knocked up.” That joke did NOT stomach well with some people, so those people have been offended. Palin is outraged, and she told the “Today” show that ‘Dave owes women around America an apology’. Now people are trying to get Letterman fired! It’s all blown out of proportion! An enraged Sarah Palin, then told the “Today” show that she thinks Letterman owes ‘Women across America’ an apology.
Because David is SUPER COOL, he has now decided to apologize to Sarah Palin on the “Late Show” airing tonight Monday. He didn’t have to, but he did for people that can’t take a joke! David is reported (by our writer Brandon) to have said this:
[Sorry] “to the two daughters involved, Bristol and Willow, and also to the governor and her family and everybody else who was outraged by the joke.” Letterman will also say that he confused the two Palin daughters and should have stuck with making fun of Rudy Guiliani instead.

David Letterman made a joke earlier this week that ‘Sarah Palin’s daughter got “knocked up” by New York Yankee third baseman Alex Rodriguez during their recent trip to New York.’
Sarah Palin, the Alaska governor, appeared on NBC’s “Today” show Friday, continuing a feud with David. She told the “Today” show that ‘David Letterman owes an apology to young women across the country for his joke about her daughter.’
Sarah told host Matt Lauer, “I would like to see him apologize to young women across the country for contributing to kind of that thread that is throughout our culture that makes it sound like it is OK to talk about young girls in that way, where it’s kind of OK, accepted and funny to talk about statutory rape,” she said. “It’s not cool. It’s not funny.”
Palin said that it was ‘time for people to rise up against Letterman’s form of humor.’ She thinks that these kind of jokes give girls ‘low self esteem.’
Sarah said, “No wonder young girls especially have such low self-esteem in America when we think it’s funny for a so-called comedian to get away with such a remark as he did,” she said. “I don’t think that’s acceptable.”

A-Rod made 25 million on his first huge baseball deal with the Rangers and then the Yankees picked up the contract. What the Yankees forgot to check up on was if A-Rod had a brain left.

Ex-madam Kristin Davis, who most famously found Governer Eliot Spitzer hookers to lay his peen into, has revealed that New York Yankees star slugger Alex Rodriguez was a client of her escort agency!
A-Rod, who was married at the time, met Davis at a Philadelphia gym in 2006, where he reportedly tried to pick up the madam!
He asked Davis what her plans were for the night and the madam replied, “I’m having dinner with my boyfriend. But if you’re looking for someone to hang out with, here’s a number,” slipping the Yankee her business card.
A-Rod immediately booked a two-hour fucky-fucky session with one of Davis’ girls which led to Rodriguez’s long relationship with the escort agency. A-Rod reportedly boned the hookers over half-a-dozen times, meeting them at the Four Seasons hotel in NYC.

The interview happened just hours before the steroids scandal broke wide open. Despite being confronted by Sports Illustrated about steroids, what was the biggest concern on A-Rod’s mind? A Madonna song. Here are some other highlights from the interview:
On everyone keeping a track record: “We live in a world right now where everyone’s keeping score. And it doesn’t stop when the games end…They’ve crossed over. And you have the Internet stuff, and all these phones…It’s very intense.”
In living in the Big Apple: “New York is one of a kind. It’s made me ask all the tough questions. It’s brought out the best in me. There are some things I have to work on. And that part is fun. Revealing the truth about yourself is always good.”
On rumored lover Madonna: “Well, we’re friends…I have a lot of respect for her…She’s very smart and she’s passionate about everything she does…if there ever was any situation, she’s a great ear to have, you know?”

Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez celebrated Thanksgiving with his family in Miami before heading off to spend time with Madonna just days after her preliminary divorce from Guy Ritchie was granted, according to reports.
Rodriguez scored a front-row seat at Madonna’s South Florida concert Wednesday night at Dolphin Stadium, where he helped the pop diva stay cool between numbers by passing her a bottle of water from his seat, E! reports.
But he other had obligations the next day. The New York Daily News reports that Rodriguez enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner in Miami Thursday afternoon with ex-wife Cynthia and daughters Natasha, 4, and Ella, 7 months.
Reports surfaced earlier this week that Rodriguez was planning to abandon his children on Thanksgiving to spend time with Madonna in New York. However, a source tells PEOPLE this was never the case.
“He always had every intention of spending the holiday with Cynthia, the family, and his two daughters,” the source says. “There was never any intention of him flying back. The allegations regarding this trip to New York [to be with Madonna] couldn’t be anything farther from the truth,” the source says.

When “People” pressed on the rumors about Madonna and him staying the night together, Rodriguez laughed: “If I answered every rumor we’d be here for three weeks.”
