A Los Angeles judge has ruled that Donald Sterling‘s ex, V. Stiviano, must return $2.6 million in gifts to Shelly Sterling.
Shelly Sterling was awarded almost all of the nearly $3 million she had sought.
Sterling had claimed that money used to buy V. Stiviano a house, luxury cars and stocks was her community property. Stiviano’s lawyer had argued the gifts were made when Donald and Shelly Sterling were separated and that Shelly Sterling couldn’t seek them from a third party. Continue reading

Stiviano was spotted at Sterling’s Beverly Hills mansion today, by of all people, Shelly Sterling, who showed up and promptly called BHPD in an effort to have Stiviano removed, but because it was a voluntary reunion, she was allowed to stay, Shelly, not so much.

Donald Sterling appearing in front of a judge, his estranged wife, Shelly and her team of lawyers, vowed to never sell the Los Angeles Clippers threatening a lifetime of lawsuits in exchange.
Sterling then unloaded on his wife.
“Make no mistake today,” Sterling shouted toward the end of his second day of testimony in the trial to determine his wife’s right to make a $2 billion deal to sell the Clippers, “I will never, ever sell this team and until I die I will be suing the NBA for this terrible violation under antitrust.” Continue reading
Donald Sterling has called off his deal to receive $2 billion for the Los Angeles Clippers!
Sterling now plans to sue the NBA for violating, antitrust laws, his constitutional rights, and breach of contract.
Sterling recently saw a draft of a statement from the league which he thought absolved him of the penalties, but a person familiar with the NBA’s position said the statement, which was not released to the public, offered no such relief.
Maiko Maya King is the former employee of Donald Sterling that now claims the Clippers owner fired her after she rejected “a stream of racist and sexist taunts.”
King claims in her new lawsuit — she was in a romantic relationship with Sterling between 2005 and 2011.
V Stiviano, the woman at the center of the Donald Sterling scandal, was badly beaten up by two white men in New York City on Sunday night, her lawyer has confirmed.
Radaronline reported that around 7pm, as Stiviano was leaving the Gansevoort Hotel in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, “two white men descended on her,” attorney Mac Nehorary said.
