LOS ANGELES, CA. (THECOUNT) — Baylett Starz, the alleged driver of the getaway car involved in the murder of rapper, Nipsey Hussle, was waiting to flee the murder scene, with vehicle running, a newly leaked video from the scene shows.

TMZ says they’ve viewed the video from the scene showing Hussle alleged shooter, Eric Holder, show up at The Marathon clothing store while driving a vehicle with Starz as a passenger.

Holder exited the vehicle, exchanged word with Hussle, which included the rapper accusing Holder of being a “snitch,” which Holder vehemently denied. Holder eventually left that conversation and walked away placing an order at a nearby hamburger stand.

Holder then departed the area driving the same vehicle still occupied by Starz.

A short time later, Holder returned to the clothing store location, located at Slauson and Crenshaw, this time as a passenger with Starz now operating the vehicle.

Holder exited the vehicle, which Starz left running as she wait for him as he walked toward the clothing store.

Following the deadly shooting, Holder can be seen on video making a mad dash for the waiting vehicle.

As soon as he entered the vehicle, Starz put pedal to the metal and fled the scene.

The driver of the car, who has not been officially identified, was interviewed by LAPD detectives several days after the murder, but was allowed to leave without being arrested.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ at the time, “Sometimes you have to give a little to get a lot,” a sign the driver was cooperating with law enforcement.

It’s now been several weeks and the driver still has not been arrested.

A law enforcement source told TMZ, one of the delays in charging the driver, is whether she had prior knowledge a shooting was about to committed.

The driver insisted she did not know Holder’s intent or that he was armed.

Several witnesses to the murder claim they have not yet been contacted by police.

TheCount.com can not independently confirm the name of the getaway driver, who social media have also called by her alleded Facebook name, “Baylett SF Bayz.”
